  • Complete Customer Onboarding. During onboarding for Marketing Services, POS systems, and merchant services, we collect legal business name, DBA, federal tax identification number (EIN), Social Security Number (for sole proprietors or principal owners as required by card networks), date of birth, ownership percentages, voided check or bank account details, government-issued identification, and supporting business documents.
  • Apply for Credit Card Merchant Services. Card brand rules (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and our acquiring bank partners require underwriting information including ownership and beneficial ownership data, financial statements, processing history, and identity verification documents.
  • Contact Us. When you call, email, chat, or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, contact details, and the content of your communication.
  • Subscribe to Newsletters or Alerts. We collect your name and email address.
  • Apply for Employment. We collect information you submit through your application, including resume, work history, and references.
  • Make a Payment. We collect your name, billing address, email address, and payment card or bank account details.

By providing your mobile phone number — through a lead form, onboarding form, opt-in checkbox, verbal agreement, or by initiating a text conversation with us — you are consenting to receive SMS text messages from RPM Marketing LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3.2 No Sharing With Third Parties for Marketing

We do not share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text message content with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only sharing of mobile information is with subcontractors and service providers (such as Twilio and Phone.com) that help us deliver the SMS Program on our behalf.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. On average, you may receive between 2 and 10 messages per month, though this may vary.

General business disputes exceeding $25,000 shall be brought in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
