  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email
  • Emailing us at info@rpm.marketing with the subject line "Unsubscribe"

We do not share your mobile phone number with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

  • Emailing info@rpm.marketing with the subject line "Do Not Call"

Please allow up to 30 days for your request to take effect across all of our systems.

4. Cookie and Tracking Preferences

You can manage cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Site through:

For complete information about the cookies we use, please see our Cookie Policy.

5. Targeted Advertising Opt-Out

We use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms to deliver targeted ads about our Marketing Services, POS systems, and merchant services. To opt out of personalized advertising on these platforms:

Opting out does not stop all ads — you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored based on your interaction with our Site.

6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If you visit our Site with a browser or extension that broadcasts a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California and other state privacy laws.

To learn more about GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

7. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

RPM Marketing LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, we may "share" personal information with advertising partners (such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws.

You have the right to opt out of this sharing. To submit a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request:

  • Email info@rpm.marketing with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share"
  • Call (346) 545-5400
  • Set your browser to broadcast a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal

We will process your request as required by applicable law. For more information, see Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.

8. State Privacy Rights

The following rights may be available to you depending on the state in which you reside. To exercise any of these rights, see Section 10 below.

8.1 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, share, and sell or share about you
  • Access the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you (subject to legal exceptions)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights

For more information about California rights, see Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that information. We do not currently engage in such sales. To submit a request, email info@rpm.marketing.

8.3 Texas Residents

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), which became effective July 1, 2024, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling. To submit a request, see Section 10 below.

8.4 Other State Residents

Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including but not limited to Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, Iowa, Indiana, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Maryland, and others — may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, and certain profiling activities.

We honor these rights as required by applicable law. To submit a request, see Section 10 below.

9. Sensitive Personal Information

For credit card merchant services underwriting, we may collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security Numbers (for sole proprietors and principal owners), dates of birth, government-issued identification, and bank account information. We use this information only for permitted business purposes — including identity verification, fraud prevention, KYC/AML compliance, and merchant account underwriting and servicing — and we do not use it for advertising or any other purpose not described in our Privacy Policy.

California residents have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes. To submit such a request, email info@rpm.marketing.

10. How to Submit a Privacy Rights Request

To submit a privacy rights request — including a request to know, access, delete, correct, port, opt out of sale or sharing, or limit the use of sensitive personal information — you may:

  • Email: info@rpm.marketing (please include "Privacy Request" in the subject line)
  • Phone: (346) 545-5400
  • Mail:

RPM Marketing LLC Attn: Privacy Request 525 N Sam Houston Pkwy E, Suite 408 A Houston, TX 77060

What to Include in Your Request

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address and/or phone number associated with your account or inquiry
  • Mailing address (if applicable)
  • A clear description of the right you are exercising and the information you want
  • Whether you are submitting the request on your own behalf or on behalf of someone else (see Section 11 on Authorized Agents)

Verification

Before we respond to your request, we may need to verify your identity to protect your information. We may ask you to confirm certain pieces of personal information we already have on file or provide additional documentation if necessary. We will only use the information you provide to verify your identity.

Response Timeframe

We will respond to verified privacy requests within 45 days (or other timeframe required by applicable law). If we need more time, we will let you know within the initial period and explain the reason for the extension.

If we cannot fulfill your request, we will tell you why. There is no fee to submit a privacy request unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

11. Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. To do so, the authorized agent must provide:

  • Written permission signed by you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf, OR
  • A valid power of attorney under applicable state law

We may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us and confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request. This protects against fraudulent requests being made in your name.

12. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services
  • Charge you a different price or rate
  • Provide a different level or quality of goods or services
  • Suggest that you may receive different prices or rates or a different level or quality of goods or services

13. Right to Appeal

If we deny your privacy rights request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our denial response or by contacting us at info@rpm.marketing with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable state law.

If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to file a complaint with your state's Attorney General. For California residents, you may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us at info@rpm.marketing so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.
